Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Unternehmensstrategie der Deutschen Lufthansa fußt auf dem gleichseitigen Dreieck, in dem Kunden, Mitarbeitende und Anteilseigner gleich bedeutende Stakeholder darstellen. Aktionäre erhalten dann eine hohe Rendite ihres eingesetzten Kapitals, wenn zufriedene Kunden möglichst oft Lufthansa-Produkte beziehen. Dies ist dann wahrscheinlich, wenn motivierte Mitarbeiter1 einen guten Service erbringen. Inwieweit dies auch mit einem inkludierenden Diversity Management zusammenhängt, soll der folgende Aufsatz darlegen.
