Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Zeitalter des strategischen Managements wird auch das Personalmanagement zunehmend in seiner Bedeutung als strategischer Erfolgsfaktor erkannt. Personalmanagement fungiert als strategischer Partner, d. h. im Personal begründete Wettbewerbsvorteile werden in den Prozess der Strategieformulierung und implementierung eingebracht. Diestrategische Ausrichtung kommt dadurch zum Ausdruck, dass Strategie, Organisation und Personalmanagement integrativ gestaltet werden, so dass sich strategiebezogene Gesamtkonstellationen ergeben. Im Rahmen der Strategie der Kostenführerschaft sind beispielsweise auf Arbeitsteilung und Spezialisierung ausgerichtete Organisationsstrukturen und ein Personalmanagement erforderlich, das relativ unqualifiziertes Personal im Fokus hat. Eine Strategie der flexiblen Spezialisierung führt dagegen zu teamartigen Organisationsformen und zur Beschaffung und Bindung relativ hochqualifizierten Personals
