Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führungsethik, so könnte man entsprechend der Bedeutung verantwortlichen Handelns in Führungspositionen erwarten, sollte ein intensiv erforschtes Gebiet sein. Interessanter Weise ist eher das Gegenteil der Fall: „Given the central role of ethics in the practice of leadership, it’s remarkable that there has been little in the way of sustained and systematic treatment of the subject by scholars“(Ciulla 1995, S 5). Diese Situation hat sich in den letzten 15 Jahren nur unwesentlich verbessert.
