Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zur Kosteneinsparung besteht eine Vielzahl von Ansatzpunkten, wobei insbesondere die Kraftstoffeinsparung erhebliche Potenziale bietet. Diese Maßnahmen werden im folgenden Kapitel im Detail vorgestellt. Darauf aufbauend werden Potenziale bei der Fahrzeugbeschaffung, den Versicherungen oder auch organisatorischen Maßnahmen vorgestellt und diskutiert. Angesichts hoher Transportkosten stellt sich auch immer die Frage der Selbsterstellung bzw. des Outsourcings. Daher wird den mit Ausschreibungen verbundenen Erfolgspotenzialen ein eigenes Kapitel gewidmet. Den Abschluss bietet die Vorstellung aktueller Ergebnisse einer Umfrage, bei der die Anpassungsstrategien von Unternehmen im Konjunkturabschwung 2009 im Mittelpunkt standen.
