Abstract

Zusammenfassung Geschäftsmodelle haben nicht nur im Business to Consumer-Bereich eine hohe Relevanz, sondern insbesondere im Business to Business-Bereich konnten sich verschiedene Geschäftsmodelle erfolgreich etablieren. Der wesentliche Unterschied liegt in dem zugrunde liegenden Beziehungsverhältnis. Ist für die B2C-Geschäftsmodelle ein Leistungsangebot an private Endabnehmer (Privatkunden) kennzeichnend, stehen bei B2B-Geschäftsmodellen Geschäftsbeziehungen ausschließlich zwischen Unternehmen im Mittelpunkt der Betrachtung.
