Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die folgenden Fragen dienen unmittelbar der Selbstklärung, d. h. einer Bestimmung der eigenen spirituellen Ausgangslage. Wer spirituell sucht und erkennbar in dieser Suche lebt, der drückt die innere Position, die er zu diesen Fragen entwickelt hat, durch die Art seines Umgangs mit sich selbst und anderen aus. Diese Art des Ausdrucks kommt auch und in besonderer Weise in der eigenen Führungspraxis zum Ausdruck, d. h. in der Art und Weise, wie Entscheidungen getroffen und gegenüber anderen begründet werden, aber auch darin, wie auf Widerstand und Kritik reagiert und auch mit den als unangemessen und unbegründet empfundenen Reaktionen des Gegenübers umgegangen wird: Verfolgend und „richtig“ stellend oder verstehend, verzeihend, aber deutlich fragend.
