Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Kap. 8 wird auf Basis von Adaptionen aus der Strategielehre das grundlegende betriebswirtschaftliche Verständnis einer theoretischen Steuerstrategischen Konzeption erarbeitet, und zwar im Sinne einer bewussten idealtypischen Planung. Dabei wird der Fokus zunächst auf den Inhalt und die Formulierung gelegt (Konfiguration) in strikter Abgrenzung zur Implementierung der Konzeption (Transformation). Auf der Grundlage des klassischen Strategieverständnisses wird Steuerstrategie verstanden und entwickelt als eine separate Ebene von Steuerplanung mit verschiedenen Planungsbereichen und verschiedenen Zielgruppen. Dabei wird sie in Anlehnung an die klassische Strategietheorie streng abgegrenzt von steuerjuristisch geprägter Strukturierung einerseits und risikoorientiertem Tax Management andererseits. Den Abschluss bildet die Präsentation einer dreidimensionalen Systematisierung von Steuerplanung, die Steuerstrategische Planung in Abgrenzung zum operativen Tax Planning zeigt.
