Abstract

Auszug Wer sich für ein Studium entscheidet, steht zunächst vor der zentralen Frage, wie er die Studienjahre am besten finanziert. Wie viel ein Studium kostet, hängt von mehreren Faktoren ab: Länge des Studiums (die meisten Studenten studieren über fünf Jahre), Studienort (die Lebenshaltungskosten in den alten Bundesländern liegen immer noch deutlich höher), eigene Wohnung/Haushalt oder Wohnung bei den Eltern, Studiengebühren (in den meisten Bundesländern beschlossen, treten aber unterschiedlich in Kraft) Auslandssemester (ein Semester in den USA ist aufgrund der dort erhobenen Studiengebühren sehr teuer).
