Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir knüpfen an eine einfache Fragestellung der Statik an. Wenn in einem Punkt P eine Anzahl von Kräften angreift, die wir uns durch die Vektoren A i , B i , C i usw. dargestellt denken (Abb. 7), so ergibt sich ihre Summe durch geometrische Addition dieser Vektoren. Dabei hat man in wiederholter Anwendung des Satzes vom Vektorparallelogramm die Vektoren aneinanderzureihen, so daß sich durch geeignete Parallelverschiebungen ein im allgemeinen offenes Polygon PAB...E ergibt (Abb. 8).
