Abstract

Zusammenfassung Von den am Ende von. § 10 zusammengestellten Überschiebungen von Tensoren interessiert uns besonders ein Sonderfall der unter g) erwähnten Verknüpfung, die mit Hilfe eines Tensors dritter Stufe zwei Vektoren A i und B i einen dritten Vektor C i zuordnet, den wir als das äußere Produkt von A i und B i bezeichnen. Eine solche Zuordnung dreier Vektoren tritt in der Physik häufig auf, z. B.: Kraft—Hebelarm—Drehmoment, Strom—Magnetfeldstärke—Kraft, Kreiselachse—Kraft—Präzession.
