Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unter Zinsen versteht man die Vergütung für die leihweise Überlassung eines Geldbetrages, der das K apital genannt wird. Die Berechnung der Zinsen erfolgt proportional dem Kapital und der Zeit. Werden für je IOO.RM Kapital jährlich p RM Zinsen bezahlt, so sagt man, das Kapital sei zu p % ausgeliehen. p heißt der Zinsfuß oder Prozentsatz. (Zuweilen wird auch ein Prozentsatz für einen Bruchteil eines Jahres vereinbart.) Für das Kapital 1 wird demnach jährlich der Zinsbetrag p 100 $$\frac{p}{{100}}$$ gezahlt, für das Kapital K der Betrag: 1 z 1 = K · p 100 $${z_1} = \frac{{K \cdot p}}{{100}}$$ Man findet also die jährlichen Zinsen, indem man 1 100 $$\frac{1}{{100}}$$ des Kapitals mit dem Prozentsatz multipliziert. So bringen 6282 RM zu 4½ % jährlich 62,82 4,5 = 282,69 RM Zinsen.
