Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Referate II A 4a (P. Painlevé) wurden die Integrale gewöhnlicher Differentialgleichungen in der unmittelbaren Umgebung eines festen Wertes der komplexen unabhängigen Veränderlichen x untersucht, und zwar bei gewöhnlichen Anfangsbedingungen in Nr. 1–16, bei gewöhnlichen singulären Anfangsbedingungen in Nr. 17–23 und bei außergewöhnlichen Anfangsbedingungen in Nr. 24–37. In dem vorliegenden Referate wird nun das Verhalten der allgemeinen Lösungen bei beliebigen Wegen der unabhängigen Veränderlichen in der komplexen x-Ebene besprochen werden; die Hauptaufgabe wird aber in der Bestimmung und Untersuchung solcher nichtlinearer gewöhnlicher Differentialgleichungen bestehen, deren allgemeine Lösungen einen möglichst einfachen funktionentheoretischen Charakter haben, z. B. eindeutige Funktionen der unabhängigen Veränderlichen x sind oder sonst in bezug auf die Lage ihrer singulären Stellen und ihr Verhalten in der Umgebung derselben besonderen Forderungen genügen.
