Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dinge1) zählen heisst, sie als gleichartig2) ansehen, zusammen auffassen2), und ihnen einzeln andere Dinge zuordnen3), die man auch als gleichartig ansieht4). Jedes von den Dingen, denen man beim Zählen andere Dinge zuordnet, heisst Einheit 5)] jedes von den Dingen, die man beim Zählen andern Dingen zuordnet, heisst Einer 5). Das Ergebnis des Zählens heisst Zahl. Wegen der Gleichartigkeit der Einheiten unter einander und der Einer unter einander ist die Zahl unabhängig von der Reihenfolge, in welcher den Einheiten die Einer zugeordnet werden6).
