Abstract

Zusammenfassung Für eine semi-Riemannsche Mannigfaltigkeit ermöglicht der Begriff der kovarianten Ableitung von Vektorfeldern über Paralleltransport die Konstruktion von Isomorphismen zwischen den Tangentialräumen. Dadurch ergibt sich dann eine Charakterisierung der kovarianten Ableitungen von Vektorfeldern, die sich zu einer Definition der kovarianten Ableitung von Tensorfeldern verallgemeinern läßt.
