Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Unternehmer kann sich, je mehr sich ein Betrieb ausdehnt und der Konkurrenzkampf an Härte zunimmt, nicht mehr allein von seinem Spürsinn bei betrieblichen Entscheidungen leiten lassen. In den Entscheidungsprozeß müssen neben unternehmerischen Erfahrungen auch Kenntnisse über sich ändernde Entwicklungen und Tendenzen eingehen. Neben diesen betriebsexternen Einflußgrößen kommt bei größeren Betrieben erschwerend hinzu, daß das betriebliche Geschehen und die Zusammenhänge innerhalb des Betriebes so kompliziert sind, daß sie nicht ohne weiteres überschaubar sind. Klare und richtige Entscheidungen sind unter diesen Bedingungen nur dann möglich, wenn sie sich auf ein gut organisiertes Rechnungswesen stützen.
