Abstract

Zusammenfassung Delegieren ist ein mächtiges Werkzeug der Führungsarbeit. Es ermöglicht die Maximierung der Effizienz einer Organisation, wenn es richtig eingesetzt wird. Gleichzeitig erfordert richtiges Delegieren Mut und Vertrauen – worauf besonders eingegangen wird. In diesem Kapitel wird noch einmal deutlich, warum das Prinzipienprinzip in Verbindung mit den weiteren Prinzipien so wichtig ist, um von der Theorie in die Umsetzung zu kommen.
