ZusammenfassungDieses Kapitel fasst in geschickter Weise ein sehr umfangreiches, viele Bücher füllendes Thema zusammen, lässt dabei kaum wichtige Aspekte aus und über offensichtliche Fitness- und Gesundheitsaspekte hinaus. Das Thema mentale und körperliche Gesundheit wird von vielen Führungskräften vernachlässigt, weshalb das Buch an dieser Stelle vor allem dazu anregt, sich intensiver damit zu beschäftigen und gleichzeitig erklärt, warum das wichtig ist.
