Abstract

ZusammenfassungBei der praktischen Anwendung und Einführung der Puls-Checks in einer Arbeitsumgebung ergeben sich aus meiner Erfahrung einige typische Herausforderungen. Die wichtigsten und immer wieder genannten organisatorischen Herausforderungen wie ein hohe Führungsspanne, Puls-Checks auf Distanz, Führung von Führungskräften werden detailliert erläutert. Danach werden weitere häufig auftretende sonstige Herausforderungen erklärt wie das Abtauchen in operative Themen, die Themenlosigkeit in den Puls-Checks oder Puls-Checks, die sich wiederholen. Diese und mehr Themen werden dem Leser helfen, den Puls-Check noch besser zu verstehen.
