Abstract

ZusammenfassungAuch wenn man sich strikt an den Ablauf und die Spielregeln des Puls-Checks hält, ist der Erfolg noch nicht sicher gestellt. Mindestens genauso entscheidend ist die Haltung, mit welcher man den Puls-Check führt. Da Haltung ein abstrakter Begriff ist, werden in dem Kap. 10 Tipps gegeben, was man in den Puls-Checks als Führungskraft unbedingt tun sollte, direkt gefolgt von 6 Tipps, was man auf keinen Fall in den Puls-Checks tun sollte. Diese Tipps sind Ausdruck einer günstigen Führungs-Haltung. Sie werden dem Leser helfen, den Ablauf und die Spielregeln auch im richtigen Geiste durchzuführen.
