Abstract

ZusammenfassungFührung ist kein statischer Zustand. Sie ist ein Prozess, der nie abgeschlossen ist. Wer dieses Buch bis hierher gelesen hat, hat einen Weg vor sich gesehen. Einen Weg, der bei der eigenen Haltung beginnt, der über die direkte Kommunikation führt, der Zusammenarbeit gestaltet, Entwicklung ermöglicht und Kultur prägt. Dieser Weg ist nicht linear. Er verläuft nicht in geordneten Schritten von A nach B. Er ist eher eine Spirale, in der Sie immer wieder zu ähnlichen Themen zurückkehren, aber jedes Mal auf einer anderen Ebene. Die Versuchung ist groß, nach der Lektüre sofort alles umsetzen zu wollen. Alle Blaupausen einzuführen, alle Formate zu etablieren, die gesamte Führung auf neue Beine zu stellen. Diese Energie ist wertvoll, aber sie kann auch überfordern. Sowohl Sie selbst als auch Ihr Team. Führung verändert sich nicht durch einen großen Wurf, sondern durch viele kleine Schritte, die sich über Zeit summieren. Der Weg zur empathischen Führung ist ein Marathon, kein Sprint.
