ZusammenfassungDie folgenden Kapitel bieten Ihnen konkrete Handlungsanweisungen für den Führungsalltag. Diese Blaupausen sind keine theoretischen Konzepte, sondern erprobte Formate, die sich in der Praxis bewährt haben. Sie lassen sich direkt übernehmen und an die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Jede Blaupause konzentriert sich auf einen spezifischen Aspekt der Führung und zeigt, wie Sie diesen Aspekt im Alltag umsetzen können. Der Begriff „Blaupause“ ist bewusst gewählt. Er steht für eine Vorlage, die nicht starr ist, sondern als Ausgangspunkt dient. So wie eine architektonische Blaupause die grundlegende Struktur eines Gebäudes zeigt, aber Raum für Anpassungen lässt, geben diese Blaupausen einen klaren Rahmen vor, den Sie an Ihre Situation anpassen können. Sie müssen nicht alles eins zu eins übernehmen. Manche Formate passen direkt, andere brauchen kleine Anpassungen, wieder andere werden Sie vielleicht erst später nutzen, wenn Ihr Team oder Ihre Organisation an einem anderen Punkt steht.
