Abstract

ZusammenfassungDas Resümee fasst die Leitidee des Buches zusammen: Familienunternehmen stehen an einem Wendepunkt und brauchen Orientierung, Fokus und Mut zur Transformation. Statt Blaupausen bietet der Ansatz ein Navigationssystem: Er beginnt mit einer ehrlichen Standortbestimmung im Dreiklang aus Unternehmen, Familie und Eigentum und richtet Entscheidungen an einer konkreten Vision 2035 aus. Organisation wird jenseits der Linienlogik so gestaltet, dass Bewegung möglich bleibt, ohne Stabilität zu verlieren. Menschen stehen im Zentrum – Führung schafft Resonanz und Beteiligung. Der Beirat agiert als strategischer Möglichmacher und sichert Governance im Wandel. Die Umsetzung folgt sieben Schritten und wird als lernendes System verankert, nicht als Großprojekt. Fazit: Zukunft entsteht durch gute Entscheidungen – mit strategischer Klarheit und menschlicher Nähe.
