Abstract

ZusammenfassungCoworking Spaces wurden ursprünglich für Soloselbstständige erfunden und bieten einen vollwertigen Arbeitsbereich. Sie schaffen ein motivierendes Umfeld und lassen neue Begegnungen entstehen. Man erhält wertvollen Austausch mit Gleichgesinnten, die ähnliche Herausforderungen meistern. Dies gibt Rückenwind für den eigenen Geschäftsaufbau. Bei der Wahl eines Coworking-Platzes sollte auf die Grundausstattung geachtet werden. Entscheidend sind auch die Buchungsmodelle und vor allem die Community: Sie ist das Herzstück des Coworking, denn es sind die Menschen und die Events, die echte Vernetzung fördern. Für alle, die kein Space besuchen können, bieten Mastermind-Gruppen eine komprimierte Form des Coworking: Kleine Gruppen treffen sich regelmäßig, um sich gegenseitig voranzubringen, Fragen zu klären und durch kollektive Intelligenz neue Lösungen zu finden. Es ist Coworking im Miniformat und unterstützt die Arbeit fokussiert, effektiv und umsetzungsorientiert.
