Abstract

ZusammenfassungDer Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz im Public Sector eröffnet große Chancen: er kann Prozesse effizienter machen, Bürgerdienste verbessern und Verwaltungsaufgaben zukunftssicher gestalten. Gleichzeitig bringt er jedoch erhebliche Herausforderungen mit sich, die weit über den reinen Technologieeinsatz hinausgehen. Damit KI-Projekte erfolgreich geplant, umgesetzt und nachhaltig betrieben werden können, müssen nicht nur die technischen Grundlagen stimmen, sondern auch die organisatorischen Strukturen, die projektseitigen Steuerungsmechanismen und die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen sorgfältig bedacht werden. Das Kap. 7 bietet einen kompakten und praxisnahen Überblick über die zentralen Voraussetzungen in diesen vier Bereichen und zeigt, warum ihr Zusammenspiel entscheidend für den langfristigen Erfolg ist. Es enthält eine übersichtliche Zusammenstellung von Erkenntnissen und Praxiserfahrungen, die der Autor aus eigenen KI-Projekten im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation in verschiedenen Verwaltungsbereichen und -ebenen des österreichischen Public Sector gewonnen hat. Damit richtet sich das Kapitel sowohl an Entscheidungsträger als auch an Praktiker, die einen fundierten Einstieg in die Erfolgsfaktoren von KI-Vorhaben suchen.
