Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden die zukünftigen Herausforderungen und Trends für HR in Biotech-Start-ups untersucht. Der Fokus liegt auf der Rolle von HR als strategischem Partner, der nicht nur die organisatorischen Herausforderungen meistert, sondern auch aktiv den Wandel gestaltet. Zentral sind technologische Innovationen wie KI und Automatisierung, die das Tempo der Branche bestimmen, sowie die Anforderungen neuer Arbeitswelten, die durch Remote Work und hybride Modelle geprägt sind. Die Suche nach Talenten wird intensiver, während Fachkräftemangel und sich verändernde Kompetenzen HR vor neue Aufgaben stellen. Zusätzlich wird die Bedeutung von New Leadership und einer Kultur des Wohlbefindens und der Resilienz als Wettbewerbsfaktoren hervorgehoben. Dieses Resümee bietet praxisorientierte Impulse für HR-Verantwortliche, die in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Erfolg und die Zukunftsfähigkeit ihrer Start-ups sichern möchten.
