Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die digitale Transformation stellt HR nicht nur vor technische Herausforderungen – sie fordert uns in unserer ganzen Haltung heraus. Als Personalleiterin in einem agilen Biotech-Start-up habe ich hautnah erlebt, wie Künstliche Intelligenz unsere Prozesse verändert, unsere Kommunikation transformiert und unsere Verantwortung als Gestalter:in einer menschenzentrierten Arbeitswelt neu definiert. Dieses Kapitel ist ein Praxisleitfaden, eine Einladung und ein Mutmacher für alle HR-Verantwortlichen, die den Wandel nicht nur überleben, sondern aktiv mitgestalten wollen.
