Abstract

Zusammenfassung Innovation ist kein Zufall – sie entsteht dort, wo Menschen sich trauen, anders zu denken, und wo Vielfalt nicht nur toleriert, sondern gefeiert wird. In einem Biotech-Start-up ist Innovationskraft überlebenswichtig – und sie beginnt im Team. Dieses Kapitel zeigt, wie HR den Boden für echte Innovationskultur bereiten kann. Durch gezielte Förderung psychologischer Sicherheit, durch Räume für Querdenker, durch ein offenes Mindset und mutige Führung. Vielfalt im Team wirkt dabei wie ein Katalysator, denn sie bringt neue Perspektiven, hinterfragt Routinen und öffnet Wege, die vorher niemand sah. HR wird zum Kulturarchitekt:in, gibt praktische Impulse, Übungen und Reflexionen für den Alltag. Zukunft entsteht da, wo Neues willkommen ist und Menschen den Mut haben, es gemeinsam zu gestalten.
