Abstract

Zusammenfassung Herausforderungen sind mein Element – als Personalleiterin im Start-up meistere ich tägliches Chaos mit Klarheit, Mut und Herz. Resilienz beginnt bei mir: Selbstfürsorge ist meine Führungsgrundlage. Ich sehe Stress nicht als meinen Feind, sondern als Wachstumschance. In stürmischen Zeiten kultiviere ich Ruhe und Gelassenheit – und gebe sie weiter. Fehler sind bei uns kein Makel, sondern Lernmomente. Ich stärke mein Team durch Wertschätzung, Sinn und offene Kommunikation. Unsere Kultur basiert auf Vertrauen und echtem Miteinander. Dieses Kapitel zeigt: Veränderung ist kein Hindernis – sie ist unsere Einladung zum Wachsen.
