Abstract

Zusammenfassung In modernen Start-ups ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, auf Vertrauen statt auf Kontrolle zu setzen, um das volle Potenzial der Mitarbeitenden zu entfalten. Als HR-Chefin lege ich besonderen Wert darauf, klare und messbare Zielvorgaben zu definieren, die Orientierung bieten und jedem Mitarbeitenden den Weg weisen. Gleichzeitig fördere ich eine Unternehmenskultur, in der Verantwortung übertragen und eine gesunde Fehlerkultur gelebt wird – denn nur so können Lernen und Innovation wirklich gedeihen. Durch eine transparente, regelmäßige Kommunikation und aktives Zuhören verhindere ich das Eindringen von Micromanagement und stärke das gegenseitige Vertrauen im Team. Statt zu kontrollieren, setze ich auf Coaching, um Mitarbeiter zu ermutigen, eigene Lösungen zu finden, ihr Engagement zu steigern und Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen. Dabei spielt Anerkennung eine wesentliche Rolle: Wer kontinuierlich in die Weiterbildung und persönliche Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden investiert, motiviert und hält sie langfristig.
