Abstract

Zusammenfassung Erinnern Sie sich noch an Ihr Jugendzimmer? Oh je, bei mir sah es manchmal aus, als hätte eine Bombe eingeschlagen. Ausgerechnet dann suchte ich dringend nach meinem „Nirvana“-T-Shirt, für die nächste Grunge-Party und, Sie ahnen es schon, ich fand es natürlich nicht. Für alle jüngeren Leserinnen und Leser, Nirvana war eine Band. Viele Jahre später wissen wir: Gründlichkeit und Präzision sind essenzielle Eigenschaften erfolgreicher Führungskräfte. Wenn wir Chaos im Job, in unseren Projekten, in unseren Handlungsfeldern, ja sogar in unserem Büro zulassen, so wie damals in unseren Kinderzimmern, wird es problematisch, wir verlieren den Überblick. Wer sorgfältig arbeitet, strukturiert ist, stellt sicher, dass Entscheidungen fundiert getroffen werden und Qualität oberste Priorität hat.
