Abstract

Zusammenfassung So, gleich haben Sie es geschafft, gleich sind Sie mich los. Aber Folgendes möchte noch gesagt sein: Führung ist eine Reise, kein Ziel. Oder, wenn ich einen früheren Chef von mir zitieren darf: „Die eigene Karriere ist kein Sprint, sondern ein Marathon.“ Recht hat er. Wer eine erfolgreiche und inspirierende Führungskraft sein möchte, muss sich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln, an seinen Stärken arbeiten und bereit sein, Neues zu lernen. Die in diesem Buch behandelten Prinzipien, von Verlässlichkeit und Proaktivität bis hin zu Integrität und Dankbarkeit, sind meiner Meinung nach die essenziellen Bausteine für nachhaltigen Führungserfolg. Meilensteine also für Ihre eigene Reise.
