Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung erfordert intrinsische Motivation, den Antrieb, auch ohne äußeren Druck engagiert und zielgerichtet zu handeln. Ich weiß, es klingt wie eine alte Binsenweisheit. Und doch liegt so viel Wahrheit darin. Selbstmotivation ist nochmals differenzierter zu bewerten als Motivation und Disziplin und wird daher hier hervorgehoben. Denn selbstmotivierte Führungskräfte strahlen Energie aus, setzen sich ambitionierte Ziele und stecken ihr Umfeld mit ihrer Begeisterung an. Wie viele Führungskräfte kennen Sie, die so auf Sie wirken?
