Abstract

Zusammenfassung Beginnen wir dieses Kapitel ganz kurz mit einer kleinen Geschichte: Anna und Yasemin arbeiten im selben Büro, doch ihre Gespräche bleiben meist oberflächlich. „Businessblabla“ und Small Talk. Eines Morgens wirkt Anna jedoch sonderbar still, völlig ungewöhnlich im Vergleich zu ihrem Naturell. Auf Yasemins Nachfrage, ob bei Anna alles in Ordnung sei, öffnet sie sich: Ihr Vater sei krank und dies belaste sie aktuell sehr. Yasemin reagiert sehr verständnisvoll, einfühlend und teilt ihre eigene, ganz persönliche Erfahrung mit Anna: Auch ihr Vater sei vor ein paar Jahren sehr krank geworden … Dieser kurze Moment der Offenheit verändert etwas in der Beziehung der zwei Frauen zueinander. Seit diesem Gespräch begegnen sich die beiden plötzlich ganz anders. Annas Ehrlichkeit wirkte nicht schwach, sondern nahbar und sympathisch, und durch Yasemins Mitgefühl ist eine andere Ebene dieser „Beziehung“ erklommen worden.
