Abstract

Zusammenfassung Product Ownership ist eine der zentralen Verantwortungen in der agilen Produktentwicklung, die maßgeblich über den Erfolg oder Misserfolg eines Produkts entscheidet. Dieses Buch hat die Vielschichtigkeit der Product Ownership beleuchtet und gezeigt, dass es sich dabei um weit mehr handelt als das bloße Verwalten eines Product Backlogs. Vielmehr ist die Product Ownership eine strategische, taktische und operative Verantwortung, die darauf abzielt, den größtmöglichen Wert für die Nutzer:innen und das Unternehmen zu schaffen.
