Abstract

Zusammenfassung In den vergangenen Jahren hat sich gezeigt, dass für die erfolgreiche Anwendung agiler Arbeitsweisen zwei Komponenten eine wesentliche Rolle spielen. Zum einen das „doing agile“ und zum anderen das „being agile“. Das „doing agile“ umfasst die technische Agilität, bei der die Anwendung agiler Methoden und Praktiken im Fokus steht. Im Vergleich dazu wird beim „being agile“ die kulturelle Agilität betrachtet, bei der das agile Mindset und das Handeln nach agilen Werten und Prinzipien thematisiert werden (vgl. [4, 7]). Diese beiden Komponenten haben auch Auswirkungen auf die Product Ownership und müssen ausbalanciert werden (s. Abb. 8.1). In der Praxis stehen Product Owner:innen beim Zusammenspiel von Agilität und Unternehmenskultur vor einigen Herausforderungen, die wir in diesem Kapitel diskutieren wollen.
