Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Produktentwicklung entstehen oft Herausforderungen und Missverständnisse, die auf unterschiedliche Interpretationen von Verantwortlichkeiten, Zielen oder Aufgaben durch die verschiedenen Beteiligten zurückzuführen sind. Um diese Herausforderungen zu bewältigen und eine klare und effiziente Produktführung zu gewährleisten, ist es hilfreich, dass alle Teammitglieder und Stakeholder:innen ein einheitliches Verständnis dieser Elemente haben. In diesem Kapitel werden verschiedene Werkzeuge vorgestellt, die speziell entwickelt wurden, um organisatorische Klarheit zu schaffen und die Abstimmung innerhalb der Teams und zwischen den Stakeholder:innen zu verbessern.
