Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem Kapitel werden verschiedene Modelle der Product Ownership aufgezeigt, die in Unternehmen angewandt werden können, um die Produktentwicklung effektiv zu steuern. Diese Modelle variieren je nach Struktur und Bedürfnissen der Unternehmen und bieten unterschiedliche Ansätze, wie Product Ownership konzipiert und umgesetzt werden kann. Eine Übersicht der Modelle ist in Tab. 5.1 zu finden. Beispielsweise kann die Product Ownership in einer einzigen Rolle bzw. Person zentralisiert sein, sie kann auf ein Team verteilt werden oder sogar extern vergeben werden. Jedes dieser Modelle hat spezifische Vor- und Nachteile und muss sorgfältig auf die spezifischen Anforderungen und Ziele des Unternehmens abgestimmt werden.
