Abstract

Zusammenfassung Hinter jeder weiblichen Nachfolge steht eine persönliche Geschichte. Die Entscheidung, ein Familienunternehmen weiterzuführen, ist selten geradlinig. Sie führt über biografische Umwege, innere Auseinandersetzungen und strategische Weichenstellungen. In diesem Abschnitt werden 17 Familienunternehmerinnen porträtiert, die diesen Schritt erfolgreich gegangen sind. Ihre Profile zeigen die Vielfalt an Entscheidungswegen, Branchen, Unternehmensgrößen und Übergabemodellen. Sie spiegeln individuelle Motive, Herausforderungen und Gestaltungsansätze wider. Die Porträts laden ein zum Vorbildlernen, sie machen Mut und eröffnen neue Perspektiven für alle Frauen, die selbst vor der Frage einer Nachfolge stehen.
