Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie führen Nachfolgerinnen – und was verändert sich dadurch? Dieses Kapitel gibt Einblick in eine neue Generation weiblicher Führung von Familienunternehmen: kooperativ, wertebasiert und zukunftsorientiert. Statt autoritärer Top-down-Ansätze setzen die Frauen auf Teamleistung, Beteiligung und Augenhöhe. Sie führen im Tandem, modernisieren Strukturen und leben eine neue Führungskultur, die sowohl psychologische Sicherheit als auch wirtschaftliche Stärke fördert. Dabei meistern sie den Balanceakt zwischen Festhalten und Loslassen, entwickeln individuelle Führungsstile und stellen sich mutig dem Wandel. Krisen-Resilienz, Netzwerke und ‚Selfcare‘ sind zentrale Ressourcen auf diesem Weg. Ein Kapitel über Führung mit Haltung und über Frauen, die unternehmerische Verantwortung neu definieren.
