Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Aspekt hat die weibliche Nachfolge in der Vergangenheit maßgeblich geprägt und gerade seine Veränderung bildet die Quelle vieler Entwicklungen in diesem Themenfeld: Es ist die Tatsache, dass Töchter und Frauen heute durch mehr Sichtbarkeit und ein gestärktes Selbstverständnis zunehmend größeren Gestaltungsspielraum im Feld der Nachfolge und Führung gewinnen. Sie können ihre ‚eigene Art und Weise‘ freier umsetzen – in der Führung, in der Gestaltung von Veränderungen und bei unternehmerischen und persönlichen Entscheidungen. Ungeachtet von Stereotypen, tradierten Mustern und geschlechtsspezifisch geprägten Normen. Wie Jutta Allmendinger treffend festhält: „Wir haben kein Erkenntnisproblem, uns fehlt es an der generellen Richtung und an der Kraft der Umsetzung.“ (Allmendinger in Geschlechtergerechtigkeit: „Wir müssen machen!“, 2023). In diesem Kapitel werden zunächst im Überblick die Kernaspekte der Veränderung weiblicher Nachfolge aufgezeigt. 5 Felder, in denen Entwicklung in den letzten 10 Jahren maßgeblich sichtbar und angetrieben wurde. Im Weiteren werden diese Themen vertieft, gerahmt und anhand der Interviewauszüge erlebbar gemacht.
