Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Weiterentwicklung moderner Arbeitsformen und Arbeitsmethoden in einem unsicheren und zum Teil chaotischen Umfeld ist Teil des heutigen Arbeitslebens. In einem postagilen Zeitalter hilft eine bewusste Differenzierung, sodass Techniken und Methoden eingesetzt werden, die am besten zur Problemstellung und dem Kontext passen. Dabei gibt es Industrien wie auch Funktionen im Unternehmen, die mehr auf eine langfristige und stabile Planung setzen. Andere müssen mehr auf kurzfristige Veränderungen reagieren. Wieder andere benötigen beide Fähigkeiten gleichzeitig. Darüber hinaus bietet agiles Arbeiten eine gute Möglichkeit, neue Schlüsseltechnologien zu entwickeln. Als Philosophie der Agilität bietet sich der kritische Rationalismus an, der existierende Lösungen systematisch hinterfragt und weiterentwickelt. In Summe bietet das agile Arbeiten so einen modernen und zukunftsorientierten Rahmen, um auf die unterschiedlichen Herausforderungen der Geschäftswelt zu reagieren und auch langfristig im Spiel zu bleiben.
