Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agile Teams verfolgen einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz und sind auf sehr unterschiedlichen Ebenen aktiv. Typischerweise schaffen diese Teams Vertrauen untereinander, formulieren und verfolgen gemeinsame Ziele und lernen so als Gesamtorganisation. Sie probieren immer wieder neue Technologien und Prozesse aus, um sich kontinuierlich zu verbessern und zu wachsen. Das kostet Zeit und Geld. Dabei finden sie Wege, wie sie Konflikte austragen und lösen können. Da sich Industrien ständig weiterentwickeln, besitzen die Teams eine hohe Ausprägung an Aufmerksamkeit und Hartnäckigkeit und passen sich immer wieder schnell an, wenn sich die Rand- und Rahmenbedingungen ändern. Sie lernen systematisch aus Erfolgen und Misserfolgen. Dabei können auch agile Teams an ihre Grenzen stoßen, wenn sich toxische Entwicklungen im Unternehmen ausbreiten. In diesem Zusammenhang kann der Personalabteilung helfen, indem sie die Einführung agilen Arbeitens unterstützt. Auch die Unternehmensrisiken in Bezug auf Fehlverhalten oder kriminelle Machenschaften können minimiert werden. So wird in Summe eine gesunde, attraktive Arbeitswelt geschaffen. In der Regel ist dies mit steigenden oder zumindest gleichbleibenden, aber nicht sinkenden Gesamtkosten verbunden.
