Abstract

Zusammenfassung Agile Methoden, Techniken und Frameworks erhöhen die Schnelligkeit und Zielgenauigkeit der Arbeiten im Unternehmen. Ursprünglich wurde agiles Arbeiten als neue, moderne Arbeitsform in der IT eingeführt. Dabei wurden der Kunde und die Wertschöpfung für den Kunden in den Mittelpunkt der Arbeit gestellt. Über die Zeit hat man sich vom ursprünglichen Kontext gelöst. Heute existieren unterschiedliche agile Ansätze, die weltweit in allen Industrien eingesetzt werden. Typisch sind Scrum, Design-Thinking, Kano, Lean-Startup und Business Model Generation. Diese Ansätze nutzen unterschiedliche Werkzeuge, um den Arbeitsfortschritt zu visualisieren; eine davon ist Kanban. Darüber hinaus kommen zum Beispiel Methoden wie Open Spaces, Hackathons oder Working Out Loud zum Einsatz, um neue Themen in einem offenen Format und in größeren Gruppen anzugehen. Ferner helfen Arbeitsregeln, den oft erforderlichen Kulturwandel zu unterstützen und agiles Arbeiten im Tagesgeschäft des Unternehmens zu verankern. Um agiles Arbeiten zu differenzieren, kann zwischen strategischer und operativer Agilität unterschieden werden. Strategisch agile Unternehmen sind beweglich und flink in ihrem Denken und Handeln und besitzen den erforderlichen Mindset. Operativ agile Unternehmen nutzen darüber hinaus noch agile Methoden, Techniken und Frameworks oder agiles Projektmanagement.
