Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmen sind zunehmend dynamischen Märkten, unsicheren Rahmenbedingungen wie auch disruptiven Technologie-Entwicklungen ausgesetzt. Veränderungen breiten sich in rasanter Geschwindigkeit aus. Extreme Ereignisse in Form von Schwarzen Schwänen erfordern schnelle Reaktionen und Anpassungen. Auch die schnelle Einführung und Nutzung von neuen Schlüsseltechnologien wird für Unternehmen immer bedeutsamer, um wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben. Traditionelle Führungs- und Management-Methoden stoßen an ihre Grenzen, weil hohe Unsicherheiten und Komplexität ein anderes Vorgehen erfordern. Deshalb hat sich das agile Arbeiten als eine neue Form der Führung und Kollaboration entwickelt, die das traditionelle Arbeiten im Unternehmen erweitert. Es versetzt Unternehmen in die Lage, sich schnell und flexibel an Veränderungen anzupassen oder Veränderungen selbst proaktiv im Markt zu etablieren. So können Unternehmen ihre Wertschöpfung flexibel an neue Rand- und Rahmenbedingungen anpassen und im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes besser arbeiten.
