Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Cultural Fit spielt eine zentrale Rolle im Recruiting, in der Zufriedenheit und in der Leistung und das gleichermaßen für White- und Blue-Collar-Mitarbeiterinnen. Doch wie kann sichergestellt werden, dass die Unternehmenskultur beide Gruppen anspricht? Und reicht es überhaupt aus, nur auf den Cultural Fit zu achten, oder greift dieser Ansatz zu kurz? Genau diesen Fragen widmet sich dieses Kapitel. Dazu habe ich mit Nadine Wiewiorra gesprochen und mich mit Malaika Wrobbel von Oviva darüber ausgetauscht, wie der Faktor Cultural Fit mithilfe von KI im Recruiting und auch darüber hinaus gezielt genutzt werden kann.
