Abstract

Zusammenfassung In diesem letzten Kapitel des Buches stelle ich Ihnen Führungsinstrumente vor, die noch nicht im Kontext der Geschäfts- und Organisationsstrukturen behandelt wurden. Zunächst wird noch einmal kurz das Konstrukt der Führungsinstrumente erläutert. Sodann geht es um Personalinstrumente, die Ihnen die operative Personalarbeit theoretisch erleichtern sollen. In der Praxis behindern viele Werkzeuge die Arbeit aber eher, als dass sie sie befördern – was Führungskräfte in dieser Hinsicht erleben, ist teils haarsträubend. Ganz ähnlich funktionieren Systeme der Sach- und Betriebsmittelzusteuerung und Informationswirtschaft. Aus diesem Grund will ich hier genauer darauf eingehen, was bei der Konzeption und Administration solcher Instrumente zu beachten ist.
