Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das taktisch-operative Asset Management muss die Anlagen und Anlagensysteme im Sinne des SAMP führen. Dabei stehen die für die unternehmerische Wertschöpfung entscheidenden Anlagen und Systeme im Fokus. Die Erkenntnisse aus der Analyse dieser relevanten Anlagen und Systeme hinsichtlich aktueller Fähigkeiten und zukünftiger Anforderungen ist Voraussetzung für die Erstellung eines Asset Plans. Hierin werden schwerpunktmäßig Instandhaltungsstrategie, Organisation und Ressourcen festgelegt, die für die operative Umsetzung notwendig sind. Eine Wirksamkeitskontrolle und ein kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess sichern die operative Exzellenz im Asset Management und liefern entscheidende Erkenntnisse für die stete Weiterentwicklung des SAM im Sinne des Bottom-up Ansatzes.
