Abstract

Zusammenfassung Zum Abschluss bietet dieses Kapitel eine praxisorientierte Sammlung von Prinzipien und Handlungsempfehlungen für Organisationen, die sich aktiv mit Neurodiversität und Neuroinklusion befassen wollen. Es strukturiert die wichtigsten Erkenntnisse des Buchs entlang zentraler Handlungsfelder – von Recruiting bis Leadership – und zeigt anhand von Reflexionsfragen konkrete Ansatzpunkte für Veränderung auf. Wo steht meine Organisation aktuell? Was sind die nächsten realistischen Schritte? Und wie kann auch ich als Einzelperson einen ersten oder neuen Zugang zum Thema finden? Der Kompass versteht sich als Einladung zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung
