Abstract

Zusammenfassung Selbstmanagement wird klassisch als individuelle Leistung gefordert, bevor überhaupt im System nach Lösungen gesucht wird. Für neurodivergente Menschen führen viele dieser Empfehlungen in Diskriminierung oder setzen völlig andere Lebenswege und Privilegien voraus, die schlicht nicht gegeben sind. In diesem Kapitel wird deshalb ein alternativer Zugang zu Selbststeuerung, Energiehaushalt und Prioritätensetzung entwickelt. Das Kapitel zeigt auf, wie als allgemeingültig bewertete Systeme neurodivergenten Bedürfnissen im Alltag oft schaden – und wie Tools, Rhythmen und Rituale angepasst werden können. Ein Kapitel über Autonomie, Grenzen, und die Wichtigkeit, Veränderungen systematisch und individuell zu verfolgen.
