Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel erklärt, wie neurodivergente Denkweisen Disruption und Innovation nicht nur begünstigen, sondern in vielen Fällen überhaupt erst möglich machen. Gleichzeitig wird erörtert, wie schwierig es inmitten vom Streben nach Culture Fit, Quick Wins oder Konformität sein kann, dieses Potenzial zu entfalten. Das Kapitel stellt grundsätzliche und neurodivergente Formen des Denkens, Entscheidens und Gestaltens vor und liefert Hinweise, wie Organisationen Bedingungen schaffen können, unter denen Innovation und Disruption als feste Bestandteile in den Arbeitsalltag integriert werden.
